Anything special happened today?

Twin boys (1+1) were born at Haifa’s Rambam Medical Center at 11.00 and 11.01 a.m. on 11.1.11, the hospital said on the unusual day. The lucky parents are Amani and Saliman Abu el-Hija, who live in the local authority of Kauqab Abu el-Hija in the north. The couple already have a four-year-old son.

"On the way to the hospital, we were delayed in a traffic jam caused by a road accident. We waited there for over an hour, so it happened that we reached the delivery room just before 11," said Saliman. "Who knows? Maybe this will bring us luck in life."
