Watching TV ~ Thai style ;-)

It is not that I have a comfy couch in the house, we actually have 3 living areas on the downstairs level where the girls can sit comfortable on a chair or couch, but no! They prefer to squat on the table! Here they are watching TV, and if I would let them watching TV for so long, they would sit for hours and be relaxed. But they will aslo do it when they are playing with their barbies or reading a book. It must be in the Thai genes, because they don't have any examples around who sits like that :-)

Have a Fabulous Friday! I am having a dinner party at my house, so I am off to cook!

This is amazing! It must be in the genes, go figure. I can't believe they've not picked it up from their surroundings Do any of their friends sit like that? Or the locals, by the road? I know that in other parts of Africa people sit like that, comfortably, under the mango tree ;)

LOL....that is so funny....I guess it's just an Asian thing because my 2 (especially Vivi) do the same thing.

Your girls always make me smile!

the squating is funny but what is funnier is that they are perched on a table like two little birds, a couch or chair sounds better to me, but how funny.

Must be a Thai thing. Lily sits that way, too!

They just make me smile! They are completely engrossed with what they are watching and are as comfortable as two little peas in a pod!

Wow! It is amazing to think that nature really does come through over nurture! I agree, it must be genes!

Okay, this is really funny cause Ruby sits like this, too! Jeff kept saying to me - did you check their blog yet? did you check it? You gotta see! The girls sit just like Ruby! Too cute. Must be an Asian thing. My Dad said he saw many of the kids (and adults) sitting like that in Vietnam. Interesting how flexible they are! And strong legs, too!
